If you don't close (or credibly source) a deal within 60 days of your first delivery on Starter, Pro, or DFY Lead Ops, that period is free. "Closed or credibly sourced" means the seller contact appears in your own delivered file from us — that's the whole test. Monthly: we refund the actual dollars charged inside the 60-day window. Annual prepay: we refund the pro-rata value of the unused months, and the guarantee window applies to the first 60 days only. DFY Lead Ops: the guarantee is settled as a service credit against future Lead Ops work, not a cash refund. The one condition on all three: you actually work the list — call, mail, or otherwise contact the leads. An untouched file doesn't qualify.
The free sample (no card needed) is 25 leads to prove the data's real. The $99 Pilot is a bigger, paid, one-time pull — up to 100 skip-traced records for your exact county and signal — for buyers who want more proof before committing to a monthly plan.
You can't go over it by accident, because you're not the one pulling records — we push the file to you. Starter includes up to 250 records/month, Pro up to 650, DFY Lead Ops 1,500–3,500 depending on scope. We deliver up to your cap, highest-scoring records first, and hold the rest. You are never auto-metered. If you're consistently near your cap we'll call you about moving up a tier, and if you want extra records in a given month we'll quote them at $0.60/record and only deliver once you've agreed in writing.
